I Susannah Buterbaugh, widow of Henry Buterbaugh late of Montgomery Township Franklin County Pennsylvania, Decd., being of sound mind and memory but weak of body thanks be to God for his mercies to me, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills by one heretofore made. Item, 1st. It is my Will that after my death my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner at the discretion of my executor hereinafter mentioned. Item 2nd, my will is that all my just debts, funeral expences, (uniting) this and settling my estate are all paid. The Ballance of my estate to be disposed of as followeth. I give and bequeath unto my youngest son Daniel Buterbaugh to have one hundred and fifty dollars, my daughter Nancy Martin to have fifty dollars in money and all my body clothes and beds and bedding, carpets, shovel and tongs all the dishes in the cupbord one box of pocket book and papers etc. and when my estate is all settled what money is left shall be divided between my seven children share and share alike, namely Jacob Buterbaugh, Daniel Zuck in sight of his wife Hannah, Susan Zuck wife of Jacob Zuck, Sarah Royer, David Buterbaugh, Daniel Buterbaugh, Nancy Martin, to be paid to them or their heirs. I do nominate and appoint my son Jacob Buterbaugh Executor of this my last Will and Testament with full power to cary out the same, to affect a note I held against Daniel Royer I forgave and canseled in my will dated 20th March 1858 not to be revised. In witness whereof I have unto this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this fourth day of Febu February A.D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty five. Shade Deputy Register for the Probate of of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of writing who being duly qualified did depose and say that they were personally present and saw Susanna Buterbaugh late of Montgomery Twp. decd. Make her mark to said foregoing writing and seal the same and heard her publish (?) and declare the said (?) as and for her last Will and Testament & that at the time of the doing the same thereof said decd.
