Last will and testament of Jenetta Doellinger, late of Letterkenny Township,
deceased probated  August 14, 1925.  Wm. W. McKinnie, Register

I Jenetta Doellinger, of the Town of Upper Strasburg, County of Franklin, and
State of  Pennsylvania.  Being of sound mind and memory do make publish and
declare this to be my last  will and testament, to-wit:

First Ð All my just depts and funeral expenses shall be first fully paid

Second Ð I give, and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate both real and  personal, to my beloved daughter, Mary West, to have
and to hold to her, my said daughter, and  to her heirs and assigns, forever,
Mary West, is not to sell the home as long as she lives.

Third Ð I nominate and appoint my said daughter Mary West, to be the
executrix of this my last  will and testament, hereby revoking all former
wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of
July, AD 1925.

Signed, sealed, published and declared as and for her last will and testament
by the above  named testatrix, in our presence, who have, at her request, and
in her presence, and in the  presence of each other, signed our names as
witnesses thereto.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Franklin County  SS:

Last will and testament, and at the time of so doing she was of sound and
disposing mind,  memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and
belief, and that their own names  thereto subscribed as witnesses were so
subscribed at the request of the testatrix in her  presence and in the
presence of each other.

Sworn and subscribed before me, this 14th day of August AD 1925.

Oath:
You Mary West do swear that as executrix of the Last Will and Testament of
Jenetta Doellinger  late of the Township of Letterkenny deceased, you will
well and truly administer the goods and  chattels, rights and credits of said
deceased according to law, and will also diligently and  faithfully regard and
well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to Transfer 

Inheritance Taxes.

County of Franklin Register's Office SS:

Be it remembered that on the day of the date hereof the Last Will and
Testament of Jenetta  Doellinger late of Letterkenny Township deceased, being
the annexed within instrument, was duly 

proved before the Register of Wills and said County, as and for the last Will
and Testament of  said deceased, which said Last Will and the proofs and
examinations taken thereon are recorded  and filed in said office.

In TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have caused the seal of office of the said Register
of Wills to be  hereunto affixed, at Chambersburg, the 14th day of August AD
1925.
