Will of Polly Gsell, Antrim Twp

The last will and testament of Polly Gsell of Antrim township Franklin County 
Pennsylvani, In the name of God, I, Polly Gsell considering the uncertainty 
of 
this life and being of sound mind and memory blessed be God for the same, do 
make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following 
(that is to say)

First I give and bequeath unto my son William Mentzer the sum of four hundred 
and four Dollars to make my son William Mentzer equal with my daughter Anny 
Mentzer being married to William Shrater, and the Balance of my money is to 
be 
divided Share and Share alike (after all my debts and expenses is paid) to my 
Son William and my daughter Anny like wise all my house furniture bedcloath 
greensware And whatsoever to be divided Share and Share alike to my Son 
William and my daughter Anna, I will all my cloath whatever to my daughter 
Anny  I hereby authorize by Executor to erect at my grave tome Stones and to 
be paid out of my Estate, I hereby appoint David Good, in the same place 
above 
written Sole Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoke all 
former wills by me made; in witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and 
Seal the Eights day of April one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy three.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Polly Gsell to be her 
last will and testament in the presence of us, named as witnesses and in here 
presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereunto.
