Last will and testament of John Isle late of Metal Twp. Deceased. Probated
September 9, 1892

I John Isle of Metal Township in the County of Franklin and State of
Pennsylvania,  Farmer, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make
and publish this my last  Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void
all former Wills by me at any time  heretofore made.  As to such estate as it
hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose  of the same as follows: --- I
direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied
by my  Executor here after named, so soon as conveniently converted after my
decease.

All the rest residue and remainders of my estate real and personal and mixed
of whatever  kind or nature the same may be after all my just debts and
funeral expenses are paid, I  give devise and bequeath the same to my beloved
wife Fredrica for and during the term of  her natural life, and from and
immediately after the decease of her my said wife  Fredrica, I order and
direct all the remainder of my estate, real, personal, and mixed of 

whatever kind or nature the same unto be converted into money as soon as the
some can be  done after her decease, and for that proceed. I do here to
authorize and empower my said  Executor hereinafter named, to sell and
dispose of all my real estate and to make goo and  as lawful deeds of deeds
for the same as I might could or would do if Inventorying. 

I for then direct and my Will is that whatever money is remaining in the hand
of my  Executor after my estate is fully settled up.  I order and direct and
my will is the same  shall equally divided share and share alike between the
following named children, Belle  Isle, Andrew Isle, Louisa Isle, Nancy Isle,
William Isle, Albert Isle, share and share  alike.

I for then direct and my will is that if my said wife Fredrica should again
marry, that  all my estate real, personal, and mixed shall at one be
converted into money and the  proceeds of sale to be dived share and share
between my children Belle Isle, Andrew Isle, 

Lousis Isle, Nancy Isle, William Isle, Albert Isle, and my said wife to take
under the  intestate laws if she so elects.

And lastly I nominate constituly and appoint my friend John A. Eldes to be
the Executor  of this my last will and Testament.

In witness where of <I John Isle, the testator have to this my Will written
on one sheet  of legal cap, sat my had and seal this twenty-third day of
September, AD, Eighteen  Hundred and Ninety one.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named John Isle, as and
for his last  will and testament in the presence of us, who have hereunto
subscribed our named at his  request as witnesses thereto in the presence of
the said testator and of each other.

Pennsylvania Franklin County:  SS:

Before me, W.L. Minich, Dept Register for the Probate of Wills to in and for
said County  personally came I.G. Stewart and J.B. Eldes, the subscribing
witnesses to the within  instrument of writing who being duly qualified
according to law did depose and say that  they were personally present and
saw John Isle, late of the Twp of Metal in said County  deceased, the
testator therein named sign his name to said writing and seal the same and 
herd him publish and declare the said instructions so and for his last Will
and  Testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound and disposing
mind, memory and  understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and
that their own names thereto  subscribed as witnesses non so subscribed at the
request of the testator in his presence  and in the presence of each other 

Sworn this 9th day September, AD, 1892 before me

You John H. Eldes, do serve that as Executor of the last will and testament
of John Isle  of the Twp of Metal deceased you will and truly administer the
goods and chattels rights  and orders of said deceased according to the law
and will also duqualify and faithfully  regards and seal and truly comply
with the provisions of the lure relating to Collateral  Inheritances.

Franklin County Ss:

Before me W.L. Minich, Deputy Register of Wills to in and for said county
personally  appeared John H. Eldes who being duly qualified according to law
doth dispose and say  that John Isle, late of the Twp of metal in said County
deceased died on the 27th Day of  August, AD 1892 at about 8:30, (unknown
word), AM of said day, and this I say from  information derived from the
widow and children of decedent.

County of Franklin Registers Office SS:

Be it remembered that on the day of the date here of the last Will and
Testament of John  Isle, late of Metal Twp deceased being the amexed within
instrument was duly proved  before the Register of Wills of said County as
and for the last Will and Testament of  said deceased which said last Will
and the proofs and examinations taken herein are  recorded and filed in said
office.

In testimony where of I have caused the said seal of Office of the said
Register of Wills  to be hereunto affixed.
