Deceased. Probated September 9, 1892 I John Isle of Metal Township in the County of Franklin and State of Pennsylvania, Farmer, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows: --- I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor here after named, so soon as conveniently converted after my decease. All the rest residue and remainders of my estate real and personal and mixed of whatever kind or nature the same may be after all my just debts and funeral expenses are paid, I give devise and bequeath the same to my beloved wife Fredrica for and during the term of her natural life, and from and immediately after the decease of her my said wife Fredrica, I order and direct all the remainder of my estate, real, personal, and mixed of whatever kind or nature the same unto be converted into money as soon as the some can be done after her decease, and for that proceed. I do here to authorize and empower my said Executor hereinafter named, to sell and dispose of all my real estate and to make goo and as lawful deeds of deeds for the same as I might could or would do if Inventorying. I for then direct and my Will is that whatever money is remaining in the hand of my Executor after my estate is fully settled up. I order and direct and my will is the same shall equally divided share and share alike between the following named children, Belle Isle, Andrew Isle, Louisa Isle, Nancy Isle, William Isle, Albert Isle, share and share alike. I for then direct and my will is that if my said wife Fredrica should again marry, that all my estate real, personal, and mixed shall at one be converted into money and the proceeds of sale to be dived share and share between my children Belle Isle, Andrew Isle, Lousis Isle, Nancy Isle, William Isle, Albert Isle, and my said wife to take under the intestate laws if she so elects. And lastly I nominate constituly and appoint my friend John A. Eldes to be the Executor of this my last will and Testament. In witness where of
