Caola from Microfilm held at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania Robert Leeper late of Hamilton Township Farmer, nuncupative Will. Robert Steward and John Hylands being duly sworn did depose and say, that in the last sickness of the said Robert Leeper a few days before his death said to these deponents that his Wife Elizabeth should have three hundred and fifty dollars out of his Estate and to each of his four daughters (now at home) one hundred and fifty dollars and a bed, in lieu of what his daughter intermarried with John Stewart had received, and at the expiration of three years after his decise, fifty dollars be put to Interest for his grand daughter until she arrive to age, and that the residue of his Estate be equally divided between his Wife and children, that the said deceased died on the tenth day of June (Instant) at his own dwelling and was in sound mind and memory and told us these deponents that this was his last Will.
