Caola from Microfilm held at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania Elizabeth Leeper late of Hamilton Township deceased nuncupative Will, Franklin County s/s. Personally appeared before me John Findlay Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said County, Patrick Knox and Benjamin Erb, Witnesses to the nincupative Will of Elizabeth Leeper, late of Hamilton Twp., dec'd who upon their solemn oaths and affirmations did depose and say that the said deceased at her dwelling House in Hamilton Twp in her last Sickness, on the twenty second day of February in the year one thousand eight hundred and ten, a few days before her death, told these deponents that she wished to have her Estate divided amongst her Daughers in the following manner, viz., to her four Daughters Elizabeth, Eleanor, Ann and Martha, she bequeath'd her fortune arising from her Father's Estate, to her daughter Rebecca, She bequeath'd Fifty Dollars after the Sale of the Land of her Husband Deceased out of the first payment to her two youngest Daughters Ann and Martha, she bequeath'd forty dollars to each also all her wearing apparel and bed and bed clothes, She wills to her Daughter Martha__To her Daughter Rebecca's oldest child (if any) She bequeath'd fifty dollars to be put out at Interest until it comes of age. Also to her two youngest daughters Ann and Martha She bequeathed two yearling Calves, and two Bed Coverlids, and lastly to her four daughters first mentioned She bequeathed the remaining part of the Estate to be divided equally amongst them. The foregoing words were Spoken by the said Elizabeth, that She allowed such to be her will, and appeared to be of sound and disposing mind and memory to the best of their knowledge and further Says not. Sworn and subscribed 10th March 1810 before John Findlay, Reg.. Patrick Knox Benjamin Erb A true taken from the Original - John Findlay, Reg. On the Twenty Second Day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ten, Letters of Administration in common form were granted unto William Reynolds, Esquire of the Estate of Elizabeth Leeper late of Franklin County, deceased. Memorandum to WILL of Elizabeth Leeper (Will Book B) February 22nd, 1810. A Memorandum of the Will of Elizabeth Leeper delivered in the presence of me. She wills to her Daughters, Elizabeth, Elliner, Ann and Martha her Fortain [Fortune] arising from her Father, Reil [Real] and parsonal to the 4 above mentioned, 2nd, She will to her Daughter Rebecca Seward Fifty Dollars after the Sail [Sale] of the lands of her husband Dec'd out of the first payment, likewise She will to her too [two] youngest Daughter Ann and Martha Forty Dollars to each one, She Likewise leaves her Bed and Bed Close [Clothes] and all her wearing apperel to her youngest Daughter Martha, She likewis leaves her too [two] youngest Daughters Ann and Martha too [two] yearling Calves and too [two] Bed Coverlids. Lastly She wills to her to [two] Daughters first mentioned the remaining part of her Est to be devidded eally [equally] amoungst them. Likewise She will to her Daughter Rebecca Stewart's oldest Child if any fifty Dollars to bee put to Interest till it comes to age.
