Caola from Microfilm held at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania I, Ann Leeper, of the Township of Hamilton, Franklin County, State of Pennsylvania, single lady, being in the full possession of my mind, do hereby make, ordain and establish the following to be my last will and testament, viz., To my three sisters, Eliza, Eleanor and Martha I hereby bequeath all my property, personal and real, of any description, to be between them equally divided, they paying all just claims that may be against me, and one dollar, which I hereby bequeath to Jane Eliza Leeper of Adams County, Pa., also the further sum of Seventy dollars to my sister Rebecca Stewart this sum to be paid in four years from my decease if my said sister Rebecca be then living, if not the said sum of seventy dollars is to be obtained by my said three sisters Eliza, Eleanor and Martha and to be between them equally divided. In testimony hereof I hereto affix my hand and seal this 5th of August 1819. Ann Leiper Witness's Present: S.D. Culbertson, John Highlands Franklin County, S/S On the eighteenth day of August A.D. 1819 before me Register, personally appeared Dr. Samuel D. Culbertson and John Highlands the subscribing witnesses to the within instrument of writing who being duly sworn deposed and said that they were present and saw Ann Leeper who is now dec'd write her name as it is written, to the said instrument of writing and the same heard her publish as and for her last will and testament__that at the time of doing thereof she the said dec'd was of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding according to the best of the knowledge and belief of the deponents __ that the names of the deponents thereto subscribed as witnesses are respectively of their own proper hand writing done at the same time.
