Probate on September 23, 1893 No. 13827 Last Will and Testament of Levi Pool, late of St. Thomas Township, dec'd Probated Sept. 23, 1893 Williamson, Franklin Co., Pa. Jan. 3rd, AD 1893 My last Will and Testament, I, Levi Pool, being a man of sound mind and good judgment, a resident of the Township of St. Thomas, County of Franklin and State of Pennsylvania, Do hereby bequeath (will) all my property of whatever nature to my wife Melinda Pool, She, (the said Melinda Pool) shall hereby fully and entirely have the sole right to use and control the same: But after my wife's demise, (Melinda Pool), The aforesaid property shall be equally divided between my seven children, viz.: Emma Jane Pool, Florence Pool, John Henry Pool, Mary Virginia Pool, Charles Elsworth Pool, Elizabeth Pearl Pool and Alfred Pool. (Signed) Levi Pool Signed in presence of Attest: Jacob Klock Peter Miller Pennsylvania Franklin County, S/S: Before me, W.L. Minick, Dept. Register for the Probate of Wills, in and for said County, personally came Jacob Klock, and the subscribing witnesses to the within instrument of writing who being duly qualified, according to law, did depose and say that they were personally present and saw Levi Pool late of the Township of St. Thomas in said County, deceased, the testator therein named sign his name to said writing and seal the same and heard him publish and declare the said instrument, as and for his last Will and Testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that their own names thereto subscribed as witnesses were so subscribed at the request of the testator in his presence and in the presence of each other.
