Will book B p 277 I, Peter Shearer of Peters Tp being very sick & weak To my dear wife Christina, her choice of my horses etc & she to keep my lands in her hands for 8 yrs & my children live with her the younger ones to be schooled. Wishes son Jonathan to stay with her during the 8 yrs to be pd $100 a year & then to take the whole farm in his possession but to keep the younger children until they severally reach 17 yrs To my daughter Rebecca at her marriage $100 etc to my daughter Rebecca 1/6 to my son Benj 1/6 to my son Solomon 1/6 to my son George 1/6 (born Oct 17, 1797 ob July 1822 see page 582) to my son Daniel 1/6 to my son Peter 1/6 to be paid œ100 yearly by Jonathan Speaks of having lands in Knoxville Co, Tenn.
