The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ___________________________________________________________ Franklin County, PA, Will Book B, Page 224 Johann Heinrich SEITZ (Henry SITES) Henry Sights [in margin] Be it remembered that I Henry Sites Senior of Antrim Township Franklin Co and State of Pennsylvania yoeman, Do make and ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner and form following to wit, First I will and allow all my just debts and funeral charges to be paid and fully satisfiedItem I will and allow to my well beloved Wife Nancy twenty pounds yearly, during her natural life, together with one horse and saddle worth twenty five pounds specia, one good cow, two sheep, the use of my dwelling House and Household furniture, during her natural life, likewise fifteen bushels of Wheat and one hundred weight of pork yearly, likewise one half of the garden, before my House, during her life, each of my sons to give and hall her two loads of firewood yearly, my son Jacob to keep her cow and Henry to keep her sheep, the horse and saddle, cow and sheep, to be taken out of my personal Estate, the remainder of bequethments to be provided by my sons Henry and Jacob each being at equal expense. Item I will and allow my son Henry all that ends of my Plantation whereon he now lives as surveyed and laid of, to him his Heirs and assigns forever. Item I will and allow my son Jacob all that ends of my plantation whereon I now live as surveyed and laif of to him his Heirs and Assigns forever. Item I will and allow my son Stophel the one hundred and ten pounds specia. Item I will and allow to my daughter Nancy Statler, the sum of two hundred and thirty pounds specia. Item I will and allow my daughter Martha Ankony, the sum of two hundred pounds specia. Item I will and allow my daughter Elizabeth Rafter, the sum of two hundred and thirty pounds specia, & my Will is that my personal Estate be equally divided amongst all my children except what property is herein before bequeathed, & my will is that when my wife Nancy dies what property she has be equally divided amongst all my children, & my will is that my son Henry is to pay three hundred pounds specia towards paying my son Stophel and my daughters legacy in the following manner, to wit, one year after my death, to pay forty pounds, and so on forty pounds yearly until the whole is paid *. And my will is that my son Stophel is to get the first payment, that my sons Henry and Jacob is to make and my daughter Nancy the second, my daughter Martha the third, my daughter lizabeth the forth and so on still beginning with the oldest, until the whole is paid, Lastly, I nominate appoint and ordain my sons Henry and Jacob to be my Executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others, by me hitherto had or made and confirming this and this alone to be my last Will and Testament. Daughter Martha Ankony had remarried by the time the will was probated. She answered the estate as Magdalena, wife of Martin Kershner of Maryland. Magdalena Ankeney and Martin Kershner were married in Washington County, Maryland 19 January 1804. Daughter Nancy Statler was the wife of Jacob Stotler/ Statler - per his will 12 Mar 1790 Franklin County, PA. By 1802 she was residing in Penn Twp., Allegheny County, PA. John Beaty, Robert Robison and David Fullerton were neighbors of Henry Sites on the 1800 U.S. census Franklin County, Pennsylvania [p. 895].
