I, Adam Treher of the Township of St. Thomas, County of Franklin and State of Pennsylvania, Blacksmith, being weak in body but of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following to wit: 1. It is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my deceased. 2. I direct that all my personal property be sold and my outstanding accounts be collected by my executors hereinafter named and the proceeds afterwards applied to the payment of all my just debts and the residue if any to be divided amoungest my heirs in accordance with the intestate laws of this Commonwealth and I do hereby constitute my sons John Treher and Henry Treher sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do empower these my Executors to sell all of my real estate in St. Thomas Township or elsewhere at public or private sale as they think proper. I give and devise the proceed of the same to be divided equally amoungest all my heirs share and share alike, it witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal. Adam Treher Signed, sealed and declared by the said Testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us this eleventh day of November AD 1857. Witness: P.M. McGarvey Samuel Gisherd Penna, Franklin County Nov 30, 1857. Personally appeared before me J. F. Glosser Dep Reg’r 8c in and for said county, P.M. McGarvey and Samuel Gisherd the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of writing who being duly sworn according to law did depose and say that they were personally present and saw Adam Treher now dec’d write his name unto and heard him publish, pronounce and declare the same as and for his last will and testament and that at the time of the doing thereof the said dec’d was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding according to the best of their knowledge and beliefs and that their names thereto subscribed as witness is in their own proper hand writing and done at the same time. McGarvey Samuel Gisherd Nov 30, 1857 You Jahn and Henry Treher do each of you swear that as executors of the will of Adam Treher late of St. Thomas Twp dec’d you will and truly administer the goods, chattels, rights and credits of said dec’d according to law, and also will diligently and faithfully regards and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to collatual inheritances.
