I do make this my last Will in the following manner to wit: I give and bequeath unto Sarah Ann, Racheal Elizabeth, Martha Ellen and Aaron Treher my four children which are now living with me all my real estate which I occupy at this present time. All interest and profits which may arise from the same, this being a property which I bought from the Executors John and Henry Treher of my late husband, laying and being situated in Hamilton Township. And also all my personal property and for consideration that William and Margaret Rebecca now intermarried with John Bornoct, never done much for me, I give and bequeath unto them the above named William and Margaret Rebecca the sum of One Dollar each, and it is also my wish and desire that the above four children, Sarah Ann, Racheal Elizabeth, Martha Ellen and Aaron which is my lawful heirs to the above property both real estate and personal, will settle amoungst themselves with as little expense as possible. In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 5th day of March 1862. Her Mark X Rebecca Treher Witness: Wm Popert Christian Deck Franklin County ss: Register’s Office April 26th 1862 personally appeared William Popert and Christian Deck, the Subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last will and testament of Rebecca Treher Dec’d who being duly qualified did say that they were present and did see and hear Rebecca Treher late of Hamilton Township, the testatrix therein named sign, seal, publish and declare the same as and for her last will and testament and that at the doing thereof she was of sound disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief.
