We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ ISAAC ZEIGLERÕS LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT No. 16266 Last will and testament of Isaac Zeigler late of Orrstown deceased Probated June 6 1901 AB Zarger Register I Isaac Zeigler of the Borough of Orrstown, Franklin County and the State of Pennsylvania do make and publish this my last will and testament, and as to my worldly established. It hath pleased God to intrust me with I dispose of it same as follows to wit. First I give and bequeath to any beloved wife Sarah Zeigler my whole and entire estate for her sole use and benefit during her natural life as she shall need for here support she may that purpose sell my real estate to make a good and sufficient title to the purchaser of the same to all interests of the same either by public or private sale, and in the same manner she may dispose of my personal property, I also direct that tombstones shall be placed at my grave and also to the grave of my said wife after we are both deceased, the cost of both to be $30 = and after that time of the death of my said wife whatever remains of my estate shall be sold at public sale and all of the proceeds of the same shall be distributed among my several children as follows: I give and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Ellen who is intermarried with Geo Weaver the sum of five dollars. I five and bequeath to my son James Henry Zeigler the sum of ten dollars and the bureau cupboard and rocking chair which really does belong to the said James Henry Zeigler. I give and bequeath to my daughter Malinda June intermarried with Michael Zeck the sum of five dollars. I give and bequeath to my daughter Rosanna Elizabeth Zeigler the sum of twenty five dollars. I give and bequeath to my daughter Emma Idella intermarried with Emanuel Weaver the sum of ten dollars. I give and bequeath to my daughter Lena Goodella intermarried with George W. Powll five dollars. I give and bequeath to my daughter Leah Loorna intermarried with William Mitchell five dollars. If give and bequeath to my son Isaac Montgomery Zeigler the sum of five dollars. And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend Abraham Hunsecker of Letterkenny Township said county executor of this my last will and testament. Whose duties are Executor shall only commence after the decease of my said wife. In witness where of I Isaac Zeigler the testator have to this last will and testament have unto set my hand and affixed my seal this 10th day of September AD 1894. his Isaac Zeigler seal mark Signed sealed published and declared by its said testator as and for his last will and testament if presence of his who in his foreseen in the presence of each other have subscribed our names ad witnesses at his request. Blair on of its subscribing witnesses to it witness intrusted of waiting who being duly qualified according to law did depose and say that its Boro of Orrstown in said county deceased the testator and heard his publish and declare the said instrument as and for his last will and testament did at the time of so doing he was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding to the test of her knowledge and belief and that her own name the unto subscribed as a witness was so subscribed at the request of the testator in his ------------------ and in its presence of each other. Blair Affirmed this 6 day of June AD 1901 before me AB Zarger Register You Abraham Hunsecker do affirmed that as executor of it last will and testament of Isaac Zeigler late of the Boro of Orrstown deceased who will well and truly administer the goods and chaltels right and indits of said deceased according to law and will also diligently and faithfully regard and will and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating and collateral instances. Abraham Hunsecker Affirmed and subscribed before me this 6 day of June AD 1901 AB Zarger Register Franklin County SS Before me AB Zarger Register of Wills in and for said county County personally appeared Abraham Hunsecker who being duly qualified according to law doth depose and say that Isaac Zeigler late of the Boro of Orrstown in said county deceased die on the 1" day of February AD 1898 at -------------------- oÕclock of said day.
