J. Kennedy, Register I, Elias Zullinger of Pleasant Hall in the County of Franklin and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make my last will and testament in manner and form following: First, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Mary Ann Zullinger, my house situated in Pleasant Hall in the aforesaid county, as long as she lives and at her death to go to the children. I also want her to have five hundred dollars out of my farm and the interest of one third of the farm. Second, it is further my desire that the farm be sold two years after my Death unless my executors and heirs, hereinafter named shall agree to keep it longer. Third, It is further decreed that all of my just debts and funeral expenses must be paid out of my estate and then all of the children to have share and share alike. I hereby appoint sons, William A.
