Probated March 21, 1928, recorded in Will Book 28, Page 421, Aug. F. Bitner, Register. Will dated February 24, 1928 I, Emmaline Zullinger, widow of John A. Zullinger, deceased of Orrstown, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made. First, I direct that my body shall be buried in a manner corresponding with my estate in life beside my late husband in our lot in the cemetery at Shippensburg. The expense of my funeral and all just claims against my estate shall be fully paid by my executor, hereinafter named, at as early date as conveniently can be done. Second, I desire and will that all my estate of whatever character or kind, including moneys paid by me for my son, J. Warren Zullinger, amounting to three hundred dollars ($300.00), which shall be charged against his share in my estate, shall be converted into money by my executor, hereinafter named, as soon after my death as conveniently can be done, and after the payment of the claims and expenses above name, and the expense incident to the settlement of my estate, the balance of the said fund shall be divided into four equal shares, one of which shares shall be paid to my son, John K. Zullinger; another of the said shares to my son, Jere J. Zullinger; another of the said shares to my son, Thomas A. Zullinger; and the remaining share of one-fourth shall be held by the Chambersburg Trust Company, as Trustee, and invested by it, and the annual income, less expenses and costs incident to the management of the same, shall be paid to him, my said son, J. Warren Zullinger, during his natural life time in semiannual payments on the first days of April and October of each and every year, and the principal sum at his death, shall be paid to his children by his first wife, or their heirs, in accordance with the interests laws of Pennsylvania, thus distributing to them the said share in the same manner as would be done in case the same had belonged to the said J. Warren Zullinger. My purpose in so dividing up estate is to make an equal distribution of the same among my children, but to give to my son, J. Warren Zullinger only the interest of the one fourth of my net estate, less the amount I have paid out for him during my life time., so at his death the principal of the said share to go to his children by his first wife or their heirs. And Lastly, I do hereby make, constitute and appoint the Chambersburg Trust Company of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, sole executor of this my last will and testament, with full power and authority to carry out the provisions thereof as required by law, and the Chambersburg Trust Company, after my estate is settled, shall act as Trustee of the fund provided for my son, J. Warren Zullinger, during his life time. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my last will and testament, made this 24th day of February A.D. 1928. Mrs. Emmaline Zullinger (seal) Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Emmaline Zullinger, as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned witnesses, who have attached our names hereto at the request of the said testatrix, in her presence and in the presence of each other.
