I Frederick Zullinger of the County of Franklin in the State of Pennsylvania, Farmer being weak in body and of sound mind, memory and understanding: but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following to wit: First, It is my will; and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expences be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease. Item Second, I do order and direct that my Executors hereinafter named or the survivor of them shall in one year after my decease sell and dispose of my plantation to such person or persons and for such price or prices as may be reasonably gotten for the same and for that purpose I do hereby authorize and empower my said Executors or the survivor of them to sign, seal, execute and acknowledge all such deed or deeds of conveyance as may be required and necessary for the granting and assuring the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof in fee simple, my personal and ____ property to be sold as soon as can conveniently be done after my decease. Item Third, I direct that the moneys arising from such sales to be divided amongst my children, Nickles, Jeramiah, John, Frederick, Elias, George, David and Margaret share and share alike, except John is to have one hundred dollars more than an equal share and Margaret two hundred dollars and three beds, twelve chairs, one dressing beaureau, one common beaureau, one dining and one breackfast tables, one cook stove and one cow. And lastly, I nominate constitute and appoint my sons John and George to be the Executors of this my will hereby revoking all other wills Legaceys and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the nineteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight. Personally appeared J. M. Wolfhill and Daniel Gelwin the subscribing witnesses to the forgoing last will of Frederick Zullinger, Decd. who being duly qualified did say that they were present and did see and hear Frederick Zullinger late of Franklin County, Decd. the Testator therein named sign, seal, publish and declare the same as and for his last will and Testament and that at the doing thereof he was of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief. J. M. Wolfhill Daniel Gelwin Sworn and subscribed August 28, 1863 before E. E. Boyd, Reg’r. You John Zullinger and George Zullinger to affirm that as Executers of the last will and Testament of Frederick Zullinger late of Letterkenny Township, Decd, you will well and truly administer the goods and chattels, rights or credits of said deceased according to law.
