(McConnellsburg, Pa.): October 05, 1899 Wm. H. Horton and Miss E. Gertrude Mumma were joined in holy wedlock at the M. E. Parsonage at Three Springs, September 28th, at noon, by Rev. W. J. Sheaffer. The bride and groom boarded the cars for Chicago, on same day, where they will have their new home. Mr. Horton, formerly of Hustontown, but whose home has been in the "White City" for some time, is a successful draughtsman, being employed in a very profitable position, with immediate openings for advancement. He is a very progressive young man of noble character, and Is succeeding rapidly in life. Miss E. Gertrude Mumma, the bride, of near Laidig, is a most attractive and scholarly young lady, who has taught several successful terms of school in her county, and has been quite an active worker in various forms of church life...
