FITE, late of Ayr township deceased I, Lewis P. Fite of Ayr township Fulton County Penn. do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. I direct that my funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as convenient the same not to exceed the sum of $60. I direct that a suitable inscription to myself be placed upon the monument over the graves of the late Henry Fite and his two wives in the cemetery at Rehobeth, M.E. Church in Thompson township Fulton County Penna. and if at my death no inscription has been put upon said monument to my mother, the second wife of the said Henry Fite dec'd then I direct that a suitable inscription be put upon the monument for her. I direct that all my just debts be paid as soon as convenient after my death. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real personal and mixed of which I may die seized and possessed I will dispose and bequeath unto my friend Richard S. Wilson, but direct him to pay over immediately after my death the sum of one dollar to my son Henry Ross Fite. I direct the said Richard S. Wilson to carry out all the provisions of this my will without taking out letters testamentary unless it becomes actually necessary. Sipes the subscribing witnesses to the within instrument of writing, who being duly qualified according to law, did depose and say that they were personally present and saw Lewis P. Fite late of the township of Ayr in said County deceased, the testator herein named sign his name to said writing and seal the same and heard him publish and declare the said instrument as and for his last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and that their own names thereto subscribed as witnesses were so subscribed at the request of the testator in his presence and in the presence of each other.
