All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/pafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Martha Graham mawr@sbcglobal.net WILL OF JACOB KLIPPINGER: I, Jacob Klippinger of the Township of Wells, County of Fulton, State of Pennsyl- vania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say: I order that all my Just debts and funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied, by my executor, my real estate having been disposed of. I dispose of my personal estate as follows: I give and bequeath unto my three sons, James K, Klippinger, William A. Klippinger, and Montgomery Wilkinson Klippinger - one dollar each. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mariah, intermarried with Dennis Sipe, sixteen hundred dollars; give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret, intermar- ried with Wm. L. Mbsby, one thousand dollars to her proper use and benefit; give and bequeath unto my son, Jacob Klippinger, one dollar. The foregoing bequest to be paid by my executor without interest out of Judgments Bonds I hold on my three sons first named, as said bonds or judgments come due. I give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter, Mary Bell Klippinger, daughter of James R. Klippinger, one hundred and fifty dollars to be paid her by my Executor or his Successor, on arriving at the age of twenty-one years. I give and bequeath unto my Grandson, Edgar Klippinger, one hundred dollars to be expended in his education, as my Executor may direct. I give and bequeath unto my Grandson, Charles Carlton Klippinger, one hundred dollars to be expended in his educa- tion, as my Executor may direct. It is my will that my Executor as soon as he can get tombstones for me and my wife to cost fifty dollars each pair and to pay for the same out of the proceeds of my personal property. It is my will that my wife retain and keep as much of the furniture and household goods of all kinds as she needs or may wish to keep of the personal property. My meaning is that my wife retain for her use and benefit all the property of all kinds about the premises she wish. After the pay- ments of the bequest and debts and expenses of settling my estate should there be an overplus, it is my will the same should be divided among my four children, namely: James K. Klippinger, William A. Klippinger, Mariah intermarried with Dennis Sipe, and Margaret intermarried with Wm. L. Moseby, and I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint William A. Klippinger, Executor of this my last will hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time made and declaring this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I, the said Testator, Jacob Klippinger have to this my last will and testament set ny hand and seal this twenty-eighth day of May A.D., 1873.
