And as to my worldly estate and all property rest and personal or mixed of witch (sic) I shall be seized and possessed or to witch (sic) I shall be entitled at the time of my decease I devise bequeath a dispose of in the manner as follows[ 1st My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my Executor hereinafter named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by tem be found convenient. Item 1st I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Morton my farm lying and situated in Belfast township, Fulton County, state of Pennsylvania, bounded as follows, on the north by lands of Peter Morton on the East by big surrey in right of G. W. Shimer on the south by the lands of testator on the west by lands of David Fohner? and Jacob Cauffman said tract known as the Morton tract containing two hundred acres more or less. Item 2nd I will and bequeath to my daughter Mary Francis Truax and her children my home farm lying and situated in Belfast township, Fulton County, state of Pennsylvania, bounded as follows, on the north by land demised to my beloved wife Elizabeth Morton, also on the east and the south by lands of Wm. Wink on the west by lands of Ephraim Skiles and Wm. Truax containing two hundred acres more or less, reserving from said farm my beloved wife Elizabeth Morton's living and maintenance on said home farm for and during her natural lifetime. Item 3rd I will and bequeath to my daughter Mary Francis Truax all my personal property that shall be in my home at my decease consisting of bedding, chairs, furniture and all household goods, also the blacksmith tools and all old irons that is about the blacksmith shop. Item 4th I will and bequeath to my loving daughters Sarah Hollinshead and Eliza Jane Clevenger and Mary Francis Truax the rest and residue of all my property not heretofore disposed of consisting of money, notes and personal property that I possess at my decease, each to share and share alike equal. And lastly, I do nominate and appoint, Richard Hollinshead to be Executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I George Morton have to this my last will and testament subscribed my name and seal this thirteenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine. Hewett and Jacob C. Hewett the subscribing witnesses to the within instrument of writing, who being duly qualified according to law, did dispose and say that they were personally present and saw George Morton late of Belfast township in said county, deceased the testator herein named sign his name to said writing and seal the same and heard him publish and declare the said instrument as and for his last will and testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and that their own names thereto subscribed as witnesses were so subscribed at the request of the testator in his presence and subscribed this 6th day of April, AD 1905 before me, Geo.
