That Daniel Miller, of the county of Greene, guardian of George Garrison Miller, a minor and heir-at-law of George Garrison, late of said county, deceased, is hereby authorized and empowered to convey and confirm by deed, in fee simple, unto Irad Garrison and Josephus Garrison, of the county aforesaid, all the right, title and interest of the said minor, George G. Miller, (being the one-eleventh part thereof,) of, in and to a certain tract and plantation of land, situate and being in said county: Provided, That the said Irad Garrison and Josephus Garrison shall, before or at the time of the delivery of said deed of conveyance, pay over to the said Daniel Miller the full amount of the legacy, (being the consideration money given and devised by the said George Garrison, deceased, by his parol will and testament,) to the said George G. Miller: And provided further, That the said Daniel Miller shall give and execute a bond in such sum and in such manner as the orphans' court of said county of Greene shall require and direct, conditioned for the faithful discharge of his duty, and the proper application of said legacy or consideration money, and in all other respects comply with the laws of this commonwealth relating to guardians and their wards or minors.
