In the Orphans' Court of Fayette County, No. 35 June Court, 1855. In the matter of the Inquisition on the real estate of William RICE, late of Greene County. Penna., who died leaving a widow and nine children, to wit: Lucinda, intermarried with Thomas CRAGO, Margaret intermarried with Hiram HARN, William RICE, Isabella intermarried with George RHINE, Sarah intermarried with Hiram CARROLL; James, Samuel, Elizabeth and Henry RICE.  And now to wit: Sept 5th, 1856, rule upon the heirs of said dec'd. to come into Court on the first Monday of December Court 1856, and choose or refuse the said real estate at the valuation thereof, or show cause why the same should not be sold.
