Report of the Visiting Committee, House of Refuge for Western Pennsylvania at 
Morganza, Pa.: George Dorsey, colored, has an enlargement of the heart, is in 
the infirmary.  The physician recommends that he be discharged as his case is 
incurable, and his mother is willing and able to take care of him.
