Deed Book 2, pages 632 1/2 , 633 Thomas Campbell to David Dunham This Indenture made this sixteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve BETWEEN THOMAS CAMPBELL and ANNA his wife of the County of Greene and State of Pennsylvania of the one part and DAVID DUNHAM of said County and State of the other part. WITNESSETH, That the said Thomas Campbell and Anna his ^ for and in considerartion of the sum of Three hundred dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said David Dunham his heirs and assigns part of tract of land patented to George Debolt the 25th: day of October 1787. part of which was conveyed by George Debolt to William Gapen June 16th: 1806, part of which was conveyed to John Herrington the 5th: of July 1808, and afterwards conveyed to Thomas Campbell October 30th: 1810, which part is conveyed by these presents by Thomas Campbell to David Dunham bounded as follows Viz: BEGINNING at a post on the great road leading from Maple Town to Greensburg thence along the said great road North eighty six and a half degrees West eighteen perches to a post, thence along the land of William Gapin South one degree West eighteen perches to a post, thence along another line of said William Gapin South eighty six and a half degrees East eighteen perches to a post, thence along the land of Lewis Dunham North one degree East eighteen perches to a post the place of Begining CONTAINING two acres strict measure to the only proper use of him the said David Dunham his heirs and assigns And the said Thomas Campbell and Anna his wife shall and forever warrant and defend the said two acres of land and all that appertaineth thereunto to the said David Dunham his heirs and assigns by these presents.
