Deed Book 129, page 110 Greene County, PA John F. Hull, et ux. to F. M. Hull THIS INDENTURE, made the 29 day of Feb. 1876 between John F. Hull and Ophelia his wife, of Hamilton County State of Texas, now trancient residents of Greene County, Penna. of the first part and F. M. Hull Greene County Pa. of 2nd part. WITNESSETH that the first parties for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars, lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, and confirm unto the said party of the 2nd part and his heirs and assigns all the following described real estate to wit: the undivided third of certain tract of land laying in Richill township, Greene County, Pa. on the waters of Wheeling Creek adjoining lands of Hughs & Kincaid Elias Headley or others. Containing eighty acres more or less said land conveyed to 1st party by 2nd party, by deed dated August third 1865. TOGETHER WITH ALL THE SINGULAR the buildings and improvements, rights privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to have ant to hold the aforesid mentioned land and premises hereby granted unto the said party of the 2nd part his heirs and assigns to and for his and their own proper use and benefit & behoof forever And we the said John F. and Ophelia Hull for oruselves our heirs, executors, and administrators do hereby covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns the foresaid mentioned and granted premises and every part thereof to warrant and forever defend from persons lawfully claiming and to claim the same. Wright esqr. one of the Justices of the Peace in & for said personally came John F. & Ophelia his wife and acknowledged the foregoing to be their act and deed and desire that the same to be recorded as such, and the said Ophelia Hull being by me examined separate and apart from her said husband and the contents being fully made known to her declared that she signed sealed and delivered the same of her own free will and accord and without any coercion or compulsion on the part of her said husband in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of Feb. 1876.
