Deed Book 129, page 112 Greene County, PA M. C. Hull, et ux. to F. M. Hull THIS INDENTURE, made the third day of March in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty three between M. C. Hull and M. S. Hull his wife, of Jackson township Greene Co. Pa. of the first part and F. M. Hull of Richill township County and state aforesaid of the second part. WITNESSETH that the first parties for and in consideration of the sum of eight hundred dollars, lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, and confirm unto the said party of the 2nd part and his heirs and assigns. All the following described real estate to wit: the undivided third of a certain tract of land lying in Richill tp Greene Co. Pa. on the waters of Wheeling creek adjoining lands of Hughes & Kincaid Elias Headley & others containing eighty acres more or less said land conveyed to first party by second party by deed dated August third 1865. TOGETHER WITH ALL THE SINGULAR the buildings and improvements, ways, waters, water-courses rights liberties privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise, howsoever of, in, and to the same and every part thereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract of land with all the hereditaments and premises hereby granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And M. C. Hull & wife, the said parties of the first part, for their heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said part of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they the said parties of the first part and their heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, against them the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfuly claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, shall and will warrant and forever defend. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties of the first part have to these presents set their hands and seals, dated the day and year first above written: Signed, Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us. G. C. Hull and M. S. Hull, his wife, and acknowledged the foregoing indenture to be their act and deed, desiring the same to be recorded as such. She the said M. S. Hull, being of full age, and by me examined separate and apart from her said husband, and the contents of the above indenture being first made fully known to her, declared that she did of her own free will and accord, sign and seal, and as her act and deed deliver, the same, without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
