Written: April 27, 1801

Deed Book 1 Page 518.  Aaron Jenkins & Charity, his wife to Elias Stone, dated 
Apr 27, 1801.  States all which parties now live in Greene Co Pa recites that 
Commonwealth by patent dated Sept 25, 1787 granted to Elias Stone & Elizabeth, 
his wife, a tract called "Delight" ctg 362 A which s'd Elias & Elizabeth laid 
out in lots in town called Greensburgh & recites that Elias & Elizabeth & 
Aaron Jenkins & his then wife Rebecca conveyed by deed dated Sept 4, 1795, all 
of said lots except No 1 & 22 Acres adjg to Albert Gallatin which is recorded 
in Washington Co Pa now s'd Aaron & Charity for $1425 convey their bals to s'd 
Stones.  Aaron Jenkins, Charity Jenkins.  Witnesses [unreadable] Jones, 
[unreadable second witness].  Ackd both Apr 29, 1801 before Sam'l Hyde.
