DEED: Ann Eliza HOLMES to Mahala M. LYON; Recorded 20 August 1904' Greene
County Recorder, Pennsylvania, Book # not given,  page 227-228.
  This Indenture Made the twenty-seventh day of February in the year of our
Lord Nineteen hundred and four Between Ann Eliza HOLMES of Richhill Township,
Greene Co., Pa. party of the first part and Mahala M. LYON of said township,
county and state, party of the second part,
  Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One hundred fifty ($150.00) dollars lawful money of the United
States of America, unto her well and truly paid by the said party of the
second part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents
doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns,   All The following
described lot or parcel of land situate in Ryerson Station, Greene County,
Pennsylvania, Bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the creek,
southeast corner of said lot, thence westward up a small drain to the road,
by lands formerly owned by I.C. BOOHER, now Frank BALDWIN, thence northward
by said road, to the northwest corner of said lot or fence; thence eastward
by lands of said I.C. BOOHER, now Frank BALDWIN, to the creek; thence up said
creek to the place of beginning, containing one acre, more or less.
  Together with all and singular the said property, improvements, ways,
waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and
appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and
the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the
estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the
said party of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise however, of, in and
to the same and every part thereof,
  To Have and To Hold the said lot or parcel of land hereditaments and
premises hereby granted or mentioned; and intended so to be, with the
appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns,
to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns forever.
  And Ann Eliza HOLMES the said party of the first part, for herself, her
heirs, executors and administrators, does by these presents covenant, grant
and agree to and with the said party of the second part, her heirs and
assigns, that she the party of the first part, and her heirs, all and
singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or
mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part, her heirs and assigns against her the said party of the
first part and her heirs, and against all and every other person or persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof, Shall
and Will Warrant and Forever Defend,
  In Witness Whereof, the said party of the first part has to these presents
set her hand and seal. Dated the day and year first above written.

 Received the day of the date of the above Indenture of the above named
Mahala M. LYON the sum of one hundred fifty ($150.00) Dollars, lawful money
of the United States, being the consideration money above mentioned in full.

  On this 27th day of February A.D. 1904, before me, the subscriber, a Notary
Public, in and for said county personally came the above named Ann Eliza
HOLMES who in due form of law acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be her
act and deed, and desired that the same might be recorded as such.
