Fordyce ) G. Fordyce of Greene County and state of Pennsylvania and Nancy his wife (late Nancy Leonard) of the one part and John Leonard to ) and William W. Leonard of the County and state aforesaid of the other part. WITNESSETH that whereas they the said Archibald G. John & Wm W. Leonard ) Fordyce & Nancy his wife and John Leonard and William W. Leonard as joint heirs of the late William Leonard deceased are now in possession of a certain tract or parcel of land lying on Ten Mile Creek in Centre Township in the County and state aforesaid adjoining land of Isaac Hill, Thomas Cooper James Throckmorton and others, Containing Two hundred and sixty five acres more or less with the allowance of six per cent for roads &c. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Archibald G. Fordyce and Nancy his wife for and in consideration of seven hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said John & Wm. W. Leonard at and before the ensealing & delivery hereof, the receipt whereof they acknowledge, do grant,,bargain sell, release and confirm and by these presents have granted, bargained, sold, released, and confirm unto said John Leonard and William W. Leonard and to their Heirs and assigns, all their right, title, interest and claim of in and to the above described tract or parcel of land. Together with all and singu- lar other the buildings, ways, woods, waters, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with all the privileges appurtenances unto the said John & Wm. W. Leonard their heirs and assigns forever, so that neither We the said Archibald G. Fordyce and Nancy Fordyce nor any other person or persons in our names or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises aforesaid or any part thereof; but they and every of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
