Deed Book 1, page 92 Greene County, PA Bond of Performance Daniel Anderson to James Long Know all Men by these Presents that I Dannel Anderson and his Wife Elizabeth Anderson of the County of Washington State of Pennsylvania am held and firmly bound unto James Long his heairs and asigns of the State & County afforesaid in the sum of two Hudred pound current money of Pensylvania which we do hereby by bind our Executors Admunistrattors and Asigns in Witness whereof as follows the Conditions of the above Obligation is such that if the above bond Dannel Anderson and Elizabeth Anderson makes or cause to be maid unto the said James Long his hairs and asigns a good suficient Deed for and to sixty two Akers and half of Land with usel alowance ajining land of James Denley on the one side and David Dunnum on the others side ware the marked lines is showded at or before the first day of October next then this obligation to be void and of non effect otherwise continune in full force and vertue in law it being for vallue recived of him August 13th day 1794 Dannel Anderson--his mark Elizabeth Anderson--her mark Singed Seald and Delivered in presence of John Alley Richard Pain Indorsement by the Court The within Contract proved to the satisfaction of the Court by the Oaths of John Alley and Richard Pain the subscribing Witnesses thereto.
