Deed Book 24, page 29 Greene County, PA Deed Calvin Conner & wife to Isaac Mossburg This Indenture made this 3rd day of April A.D. 1872 between Calvin Conner & Kesiah his wife of the first part and Isaac Mossburg of the second part all of Dunkard Township Greene County and state of Pennsylvania. Witnesseth that the said Calvin Conner & Kesiah his wife for and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred and seventy five Dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and confirmed unto the said Isaac Mossburg his heirs and assigns forever All that parcel or tract of land situated in the town of Newburgh Greene County Pennsylvania being lot No 4 in the plan of said town bounded as follows on the North by lot No 5 on the East by lands of Amos Rocuer? on the south by an alley which seperates it from lot No 3 and on the west by main street-Containing 40 perches of land be the same more or less Together with all and singular the improvements ways woods waters and watercourses rights liberties and appurtenances thereunto belonging and all the right title interest claim and demand whatsoever of them the said calvin Conner and Kesiah his wife in law or equity of into or out of the same to have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Isaac Mossburg his heirs and assigns forever. Wilson Greene County SS On the 3rd day of April A.D. 1872 Before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said County came the within named Calvin Conner & Kesiah his wife and severally acknowledged the within written Indenture to be their act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such according to law She the said Kesiah being of full age and Seperate and apart from her husband by me examined the full contents made known to her declaring that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord seal and as her act and deed deliver the said Indenture without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
