Deed Book 14, page 35 Greene County, PA Deed Daniel Donley & wife to Isaac Mossburg This Indenture made the twenty second day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty two Between Daniel Donley of Dunkard township Greene County Pennsylvania and Catharine his wife of the One part and Isaac Mossburg of the county and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Daniel Donley and Catharine his wife for and in consideration of the Sum of One Hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said Isaac Mossburg, at and before the Ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and thereof requit and forever discharge the said Isaac Mossburg his heirs Executors and Administrators by these presents have granted bargained Sold and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and confirm unto the said Isaac Mossburg and to his heirs and assigns all that millage and tract of Land Situate in Dunkard Township Greene Co and the State of Pennsylvania bonded as follows Beginning at a post thence by land of James McCollins? North 14 degrees East 23 perches to a post thence by the same North 19 degrees East 36 1/2 perches to a post thence by land of George Paul North 26 degrees West 30 perches to a post thence by land of Daniel Donley South 28? degrees West 16 perches to a post thence to the same South 21 degrees West 17 perches to a post thence by same South 13 degrees East 8 perches to a post thence by the same South 33 1/2 degrees East 14 perches to a post. Thence by Lot number twenty One in the town of Newburgh South 79 degrees East 12 perches to a post thence South 11 degrees West 11 perches to a post thence by Lot ? Lew in the place of Said TownSouth 79 degrees east ten perches to the place of Beginning containing nine acres Seventy perches be the same more or Less Together with all and Singular other the houses out houses buildings barnes Stables ?woods Water stalls ?rights liberties priveliges heredilament and appurtenences whatever thereunto belonging or in any wise? appertaining and the ? and remainder rents issues and profits thereof and also all the Estate title interest claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Daniel Donley and Catharine his wife in Law Equity or otherwise howsoever of in to or out of the same to have and to hold the said mellugge or tract of nine acres and Seventy perches of land heredialments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be soaith? the appurtenences unto the said Isaac Mossburg his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Isaac Mossburg his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Daniel Donley and Catharine his wife doth hereby consent and agree to warrant and Defend the above described premises unto the said Isaac Mossburg his heirs and assigns forever against all legal claims In Testimony Whereof the Said Daniel Donley and Catharine his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above written. Orr Greene County SS The 22nd day of May in the year 1852 personally appeared before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace in and for the county aforesaid the above named Daniel Donley and Catharine his wife and acknowledged the above written Indenture to be their and each of their act and deed and desired the same might be recorded as Such according to Law She the said Catharine being of Lawful age Seperate and apart from her said husband by me examined and the full contents of the said Indenture unto her made known Whereupon she did declare that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord seal and as her act and deed desire the same without any compulsion or compulsion of her said husband whatever.
