Deed Book 20, page 362 Deed Danl Donley to Isaac Mosburg This Indenture made the 11 day of April in the year one thousand Eight hundred and fifty four between Daniel Donley of Dunkard township Greene County and State of Pennsylvania and Katharine his wife of the first part, and Isaac Mosburg of the county and State aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth that the said part of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars to them in hand paid by the said part of the second part at or before the Ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and thereof acquit and forever discharge the said part of the second part his heirs Executors and administrators by these presents have granted bargained sold and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and confirm unto the said part of the second part his heirs and assigns All that messuage and lot of ground situate in Dunkard township Greene County and state of Pennsylvania bounded as follows. Beginning at a post in the road thence by land of Daniel Donley South Eighty two degrees west twelve perches to a post, thence by the same South Seventy three degrees West thirteen perches to a poplar, thence by the same North thirty one and one fourth degrees west twenty two perches to a stone, thence by the same North fifty five and one half degrees East twenty perches to a post thence by the same North Sixty one degrees East fourteen and one half perches to a poplar, thence by the same North fifty seven and one half degrees East thirty three and six tenths perches to a post. thence by land of Isaac Mosburg South twenty five degrees west Sixteen perches to a post. thence by the same South twenty one degrees West fifty one and one half perches to the beginning. Containing Eight acres and forty Eight perches of land be the same more or less. Together with all and singular all hereditaments and appurtanances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversims and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the Estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Daniel Donley and Catharine his wife in law or Equity or otherwise howsoever of in and to or out of the same. To have and to hold the said messuage or lot of Eight acres and forty Eight perches of Land hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtanances unto the said Isaac Mosburg his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Isaac Mosburg his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Daniel Donley and Catharine his wife doth hereby covenant and agree to warrant and defend the above granted premises unto the said Isaac Mossburgh his heirs and assigns forever. Gaui?m Signed sealed & delivered in the presence of Thomas Griffith Greene County SS The 11 day of April in the year 1854 personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the county aforesaid the above named Daniel Donley and Catharine his wife and acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be their and each of their act and deed and desired the same as such might be recorded according to law. She the said Catharine being of lawful age Seperate and apart from her said husband by me examined and the full contents of the said Indenture unto her made known wherefore she did declare that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord seal and as her act and deed deliver the same without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband whatever.
