WITNESSETH that the said Emanuel Porter for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars unto him in hand paid before the execution hereof the rect. is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell alien and release and confirm unto the said Armstrong Porter and Hirom Porter their heirs and assigns all his interest of in and to a certain undivided tract of land (being two sevenths of said tract) lying and being in Franklin Township Greene Co. Penna. Adjoining lands of Thomas Inghram Wm. Inghram Andrew Lantz and others containing in the whole about one hundred and ninety three acres being the same piece of land which was bequeathed to the children of Joseph Porter by the last Will and Testament of James Porter Decd. TOGETHER with all and singular the rights privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever unto the above described tract of land belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the estate right title interest property possession claim or demand whatsoever both at law and in equity of him the said Emanuel Porter of in and to the same and every part thereof TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same and unto the said Armstrong Porter and Hiram Porter their heirs and assigns to and for their and theirs only proper use benefit and behoof forever and the said Emanuel doth hereby covenant and agree to warrant and defend said undivided two sevenths part of said peice of land unto the said Armstrong and Hiram Porter their heirs and assigns forever against all lawful claims whatsoever. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF he has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written.
