State of Pennsylvania of the one part and Armstrong Porter and Hiram Porter of the same place of the other part. WITNESSETH that the said Hiram and Mariah his wife for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and sixty dollars unto them in hand paid before the execution hereof the rect whereof is hereby acknowleded have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell alien release and confirm unto the said Armstrong Porter and Hiram Porter their heirs and assigns one undivided seventh part of a certain tract of land situate in Franklin Township Greene Co. aforesaid adjoining lands of Thos. Inghram Wm. Inghram Andrew Lantz and others containing in the whole about one hundred and ninety three acres being the same piece of land which was bequeathed to the children of Joseph Porter by the last will and testament of James Porter Decd.) TOGETHER with all and singular the rights privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said undivided seventh part of said tract of land belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the estate right title interest property possession claim or demand whatsoever both at law and in equity of them the said Hiram and Mariah his wife which Mariah is one of the seven children of said Joseph Porter of in and to the same and every part thereof TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Armstrong Porter and Hiram Porter their heirs and assigns to and for their only proper use bendefit and behoof forever And the said Hiram and Mariah his wife do hereby covenant and agree to warrant and defend said undivided seventh part of said peice of land unto the said Armstrong and Hiram Porter their heirs and assigns forever, against all lawful claims whatsoever.
