 This indenture made the first day of September in the year of our lord one
thousand eight hundred sixty two Between  Robert W Robinson of Jefferson
Township Green County and state of Pennsylvania of the first part and Nathan
Berkhimer of east Bethlehem township Washington county and state aforesaid etc.

Additional Comments:
This document goes on to say Nathan Berkhimer bought from Robert Robinson
property located in the town of Clarksville for the sum of Eighty dollars.I
believe the Nathan Berkhimer mentioned in the transaction might be the same
Nathan Berkhimer found in Perry County Ohio in 1850 and later on in Jefferson
County Iowa 1856.
