Frank Rogers, 45 years old, tax collector of Morgan township, Greene county, died Wednesday afternoon, January 4, 1933, in his home in Jefferson, Greene county.  Death came after a short illness. Mr. Rogers was born in Madison, Wis., and came to Jefferson to live after he was discharged from the army at the close of the World war.  He was a member of the Jefferson Post of the American Legion, and of P.O.S. of A. and the Junior Mechanics. Since coming to the Greene county town Mr. Rogers had been in business there and had gained a great number of friendships in that vicinity. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Myrtle Rogers. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the home in Jefferson with Rev. C. G. Aldrich of Clarksville in charge.  He will be assisted by Rev. Leroy Myers.  Burial in Jefferson cemetery. (Newspaper dated Nov)
