Mrs. Ruth Jean Sloniker, 34, wife of Thomas H. Sloniker, of Carmichaels, died
Tuesday, March 15, 1938, at 2 a.m., in the Greene County Memorial hospital,
Waynesburg.
Deceased was born in Carmichaels June 3, 1903, the daughter of George F. and
Edna J. Grooms McMinn, and had lived her entire life in that community.
Surviving in addition to her parents and husband are the following children:
George E., Robert, Dorothy, Charles and Jean.  Also surviving are one sister,
Mrs. Margaret Hathaway, and a brother, William H. McMinn, of Carmichaels.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the family
residence, with the Rev. John O. Miller of Carmichaels Presbyterian church,
officiating.  Burial will be in the Laurel Point cemetery.
