I have a BUNCH of old photos taken by my granduncle, John Vilella. He, his 
brothers and his parents lived in Washington and Waynesburg in the early 1900s. 
John took a number of these photos...some are annotated as to "where" and "when", 
most are not.

Since most of the photos that have a date written on them are 1920-1922, I'd bet 
the first photo (of Waynesburg from a nearby hill) are from that era.
