In the name of God Amen, I Isaac Bell of Greene County, Pennsylvania being weak in body but of sound mind, make this my last Will and Testament. 1st After my funeral expenses and just debts are paid, I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife, Elizabeth all my personal property, the farm I now live on, and the rents arising from my other real estate the term of three years provided she remains my Widow. But if otherwise my desire is that she may only have the one third part of my personal property, and the third part of my real estate during her natural life that is to say the real estate. 2nd The remainder of my estate I wish equally divided between my children viz, Harrod, James, David, John, Isaac, Rachel, Mary and Catharine. And lastly I appoint my wife Elizabeth and Benjamin Woodruff to be my executors, of this my last Will and Testament.
