This is transcribed exactly as written. In the name of God Amen. I Robert Bradford of Franklin township Green County and State of Pensylvania, first it is my will and I do order that all my just Debts and Funerel expences be duly paid and sattisfyed as soon as conveniently can be after my disceace. I being in a lo state of helth but being in my full memory and in my proper sences at this present - thanks be to God for his mercies bestowed on me, Item I give and bequeth to - loving wife, Marget my Plantation and all the Farm during hir natural life for to mantain hir in a dacent living and also I give to my wife Marget hir choice of my Cows and she is to have two Cows and four sheep and four Hogs and one Fether Bed and Beding and the one third part of the Puter and all hir milking vessels also I give my wife the Chest all the Flax, and the one third part of all the Linnen Cloth that's in the house and the one third part of a peace of Lincey that is to weave and also I give my wife Marget twenty pound in Cash and I give to my wife Marget two Hogseds and two of the Cast Pots and also I give unto my loveing wife Marget the one third part of the winters grain that is on the Stacks at this present and the one third part of the Corn that is in the ground and the one third part of all the winter grain that is put in the ground this fall and also I give Daughter Elisabeth the sum of twenty pounds in Cash and I also give to my Daughter Dianah twenty pounds in Cash and also I give and bequath to my youngest son William Sixty pounds 0and I also give to _____ son John thirty pounds and I also give and bequath to my oldest son James sixty pounds and and I also give and bequath to my son Thomas the sum of Sixty five pounds and I give to my son Thomas all my Clothing and I also give to Jameses son Robt. one Sucking Colt that is now with the Mare and I give to my son Ths. five head of Sheep and also I give to my son Ths.The two yearling heffers which I got from sd. Thomas and also give Thomas fifty acers of Land where he now lives including that last feild that Robt. Bradford clear'd down the hill so that he can have a Slinger Camp and I also give to my son James and Thomas Bradford all my Stock to be divided equly divided between them and the sd. James and Thomas is to pay my son John tenn pounds out of the Stock and after my wife's dicease I give to my son James the remainder of my Lands and Tennements after Thomas gets fifty acers and I also give to my son Ths. one Iron tooth harrow and Log Chain and after Thomas and my wife Marget gets their Sheep that is left them in this present Will I give the rest of my Sheep to my son James and for the rest of my houshold furniture and farming Utenticls I give to my son James and Thomas for to be equly divided betwesi them and also I allow my sons James & Thomas to pay out of their part all the freedoms that Wm. Knot is to have and I do impower James Bradford, William Inghram & Solomon Eagen to be my Exaceters and I acknoledges this instrement of righting and I do revoke all otter Wills and testaments as witness my hand and seal this 12th day of September 1802. Witness present - Agness Inghram his Hir Robert O Bradford - (Seal) Hannah X Rinehart mark mark William Inghram N.B.: their one hundred & seven pounds stands on Mr. Boreman's Docket which sum was not remember'd which money I give and bequath to my three Sons that is James John & Thomas to be equilly divided amoughst them the above Judgement is against Wm. Ditterline and also if after my diceace that if my wife Marget should stand in need of any more exclusive of twenty pound that I low hir in this writhin instrument of wrighting the above named James, John & Thomas is to pay to the above named Marget the sum of tenn pounds out of the above sum as witness my hand and seal this 12th day of September 1802. Test. - Agness Inghram his Hir Robert X Bradford - (Seal) Hannah X Rinehart mark mark William Inghram Green County (Seal) On the eleventh day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and two, before me John Boreman Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the said County, personally came Agness Inghram and William Inghram two of the subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing and annexed Instruments of Writing, and on their solemn Oaths did dispose and say, that they were present and saw and heard Robert Bradford the Testator within named, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testament, and that at the time of doing thereof, he was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief, and that they also saw Hannah Rinehart the other Witness subscribe to her marks thereto. Sworn and Subscribed this day Agness Inghram above written, before me. William Inghram John Boreman Register. Registered the 11th October 1802, and Letters Testamentary granted to James Bradford, William Inghram and Solomon Eagon, Executors the same day.
