We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ Will of Andrew Eisiminger Will Book #6 Pages 529-530 No. 4015 Be it Remembered, That I, Andrew Eisiminger of Whitely Township, County of Greene, State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say: Imprimis: First, I direct that my body be Decently interred in the Cemetery near Fairall's Chapel in Whitely Township, and to such estate as I may have and own at the time of my death, I dispose as Follows, vis: Item. I give and bequeath , devise unto my Five Children as namely Equaly all of my Real estate in Whiteley Township County of Greene, State of Pennsylvania. I give bequeath unto my Daughters Elizabeth and Rachel and Sarah Jane and Mary and my son Nicklas to be divided Equally between them. Second: I Give and bequeath to my said four Daughters Elizabeth and Rachel and Sarah Jane and Mary all of my Household goods and furniture, Plates, China ware, Household linens, Prints, Pictures and Household utensils in my House in Whitely Township aforesaid. I give and bequeath unto my son Jacob One Dollar. I give and bequeath unto my son John One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and I give and bequeath unto my son Michel One Hundred Dollars $(100.00). Josephas I give fifty Dollars $(50.00). I give and bequeath unto my daughter Delilah, Fifty Dollars $(50.) I will that all such Just debts as shall be by me owing at my death together with my funeral expenses, and all Charges touching the Proving of or otherwise concerning this my will, shall in the first Place out of my Personal estate and effects be fully Paid and satisfied and all so I want a good Respecful set of Tomb Stones Put at my Grave. And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal or mixed of whatever nature or kind or wheresoever situate at the time of my decease, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my said five children first named, my Daughter Elizabeth and my Daughter Rachel and my Daughter Sarah Jane and My Daughter Mary and my son Nicklas, to be divided Equaly Between them share and share alike. And lastly, I do make, constitute and appoint Barnet Eisiminger and Nicklas Eisiminger my son to be the Executors of this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by at any time heretofore made, and declaring these presents only to be and contain my Last Will and Testament. J.S. Lemley Barnet Eisiminger Greene County, ss Before me, Eli Titus, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting letters of Administration in and for said County, personally appeared J.S. Lemley and Barnet Eisiminger subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Andrew Eisiminger late of Whiteley Township, in the County of Greene, deceased, who being sworn according to law, depose and say that they were personally present and saw and heard the said testator sign, seal, publish and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his Last Will and Testament and that they signed their names as witnesses to said instrument of writing in the presence of the said testator and at his request and in the presence of each other, and at the time of signing the same he, the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief and that as they shall answer to God at, the Last Day. Letters Testamentary granted to Barnet Eisiminger and Nicholas Eisiminger, Executors named in Will . Affidavit of death made by Barnet Eisiminger who being duly sworn says that Andrew Eisiminger, late of Whiteley Township, Greene County, Penn, died on the 36th day of April, 1892, at about 8:30 O'clock P.M. of said day.
