And now, December 3rd, 1906, Letters of Administration upon the Estate
of Elmus PHILLIPS, late of Morris Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania,
deceased, granted to The Union Deposit and Trust Co. of Waynesburg, Pa.
and bond taken in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars.

Affidavit of Death made by Mary E. PHILLIPS, who being duly sworn
according to law, says that Elmus PHILLIPS, late of said county, died on
the ____ day of January, 1881.

Affidavit of Death, Oath of W. D. COTTERREL, Treasurer of The Union
Deposit and Trust Co., of Waynesburg, Pa. and Renunciation of Mary E.
PHILLIPS, widow of said decedent, filed with Bond.
