HEINE Huntingdon, Pa. Automobile Dealer: Born at New Brighton, Staten Island, New York. A son of Paul G. Heine, who operates a Foreign Exchange, and of Amelia (Vuille) Heine. They reside at Stapleton, Staten Island, New York. At New Brighton, Staten Island, N.Y., he first became acquainted with the rudiments of an education. He entered Cutis High School, New Brighton, Staten Island, in 1912, and graduated in 1916. In 1923 he succeeded the late Charles A. Vuille in the sales and service business, pertaining to the automobile business. The building is well adapted to this business; it was built to comply with the requirements of a business of this kind. Mr. Heine represents foremost manufacturers, such as the Cadillac, La Salle, Studebaker, Dodge and Hupmobile cars. He served in the World War; enlisted at Huntingdon, Pa.; to Camp Polk, Raleigh, N.C.; thence to Camp Green, Charlotte, N.C.; from there to Camp Meade for discharge; was in Tank Corps. He belongs to the Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis. A Republican in politics. He has three brothers: Paul, Jr.; Ernest, who assists the subject of this sketch; Theodore C. is a graduate of Cornell University, class of 1927. He is a member of the Reserve Officers' training Camp at Ocean Port, N.Y. One sister, Mrs. W. Mueller, Hollywood, Calif. Martin H. Heine was married to Iva G. Kurtz, at Huntingdon, Pa. He is the pioneer in aviation in this section and instrumental in locating a suitable aviation field at South Huntingdon, Pa.
