D. MORNINGSTAR Entriken, Pa. Milk and Dairy Products: Born at Entriken, May 10, 1898, on a farm. A son of George C. and Amanda Morningstar, both living at Entriken. H. D. Morningstar attended the Star School of Entriken. He remained on a farm until eighteen years of age; was for a time a crane runner at Burnham, Pa. He has been a farmer. He established his present business in Church at Entriken. His wife is a member of the Reformed Church of Entriken. He is a member of the I.O.O.F., Juniata Lodge, Huntingdon, Pa.; P.O.S. of A., Camp 769, Marklesburg, Pa.; Mercantile Detective Association. A Republican. Two brothers: Gilbert, Entriken; Cecil, Entriken; one brother deceased, Eugene, was burned to death at the age of two years. He has ten sisters: May Violet, Akron, Ohio; Gladys, Huntingdon, Pa.; Mildred, Akron, Ohio; Olive, Huntingdon, Pa.; Beatrice, Alverta, Anna Mary nine years; Alice, eight years, and Betty, five years. H. D. Morningstar was married to Sarah Stone, a daughter of Ira and Ida Stone. Mr. and Mrs. Stone have three sons: Eugene, seven years; Clyde, five years; Wayne, three years; one daughter, Grace, two years. Mr. Morningstar is an industrious man, always busy. He lives at Entriken. Note: The 1930 Lincoln, Huntingdon County census lists H. Dewey (31; general farmer), S. Grace (26), Ralph E. (7), Clyde S. (6), Howard W. (4 7/12), and Grace D. (2 3/12) Morningstar. In the 1910 Lincoln, Huntingdon County census, he is listed with parents George C. and Amanda C., as Dewey H. Morningstar.
