I. MOSSER Blair's Mills, Huntingdon County, Pa. Miller: W. I. Mosser was born at McConnellsburg, Pa., June 14, 1879; born on a farm. A son of Robert F. Mosser, a veteran of the Civil War; he was raised on a farm; was a miller for forty-two years, and died in 1914, at the age of sixty-seven years. He was married to Henrietta Bennett, who died in 1927, at the age of eighty-five. W. I. Mosser received his early school training at Mercersburg, Pa.; Bedford Grade School; Puttstown School, Huntingdon County, Pa., and also the Saxton School. Has been a miller for thirty-four years; has been employed at various places; Saxton, Pa.; Fulton County, Pa.; Cumberland, Md.; Allentown, Pa., and other places. At present he is the miller at Blair's Mills Flour Mills; first began in April, 1929. During the World War was engaged at office work at New Castle, Pa., for the B. and O. Railroad. He belongs to the L.O.O.M., Newcastle, Pa., No. 51. A Republican. He has three sisters: Ella, married to L. B. Baker, retired, widower, Somerset County, Pa.; Olive, married to W. H. Gochenour, Altoona, Pa., a city fireman; Roberta, married to H.V. Bowers, Johnstown, Pa., a salesman. W. I. Mosser was married to Kathryn Stiers, a daughter of J. C. Stiers, of Beverly, Ohio. Mr. Mosser is an experienced miller, thoroughly acquainted with all that is necessary for the successful carrying on of this business. He has made a study of the different methods required in order to bring about successful results.
