Proprietor of Three Springs Book Rental Library: The readers of the Huntingdon Daily News have read with interest the poems under the caption of "On the Air," "Spirit of Adventure," and "Spring Fever," but few are aware who the author is. Denver Park was born at Three Springs, Huntingdon County, Pa., May 5, 1903. A son of Scott and Minnie (Heeter) Park. Schooling at Three Springs; correspondent and contributor of poetry for the Daily News, Huntingdon, Pa.; manager and owner of Three Springs Rental Library, containing over 1500 volumes of fiction, travel, and juvenile stories; books are rented at ten cents per week; membership $1.00 per year. He is tax collector for the borough of Three Springs, Pa.; belongs to Methodist Episcopal Church. A pupil in the Sunday School; has served on election board. Republican in politics. Secretary to Clay Park, banker, and interested in large business and agricultural interests. Has three brothers: Orin Park, of Three Springs; Ivan Park, proprietor of Park's Meat Market, Three Springs, Pa.; Norman Park, High School, Orbisonia, Pa.; graduated Three Springs Schools. Sisters are: Mrs. N. L. Eberly, Three Springs. Their children are Thomas, ten years; Phyllis, twelve years; Robert, four years, and Mrs. Hugo Tacchi, Harrisburg, whose child is Virginia, one year old. Denver Park is an industrious man, a brilliant writer who uses much thought; his poems are of a crispy nature, and depict life as it is. His poems are widely read, and being a young man he has a further field to explore in the realm of poetry.
