SHENEFELT Huntingdon, Pa. Meats and Provisions: Born in Henderson township, Nov. 15, 1870. A son of David Shenefelt, who died August 6, 1906. David Shenefelt was a farmer most of his life; he later on in life was a railroad trackwalker and night watchman. He was married to Elizabeth (Norris) Shenefelt, of Penn Township, Huntingdon County, Pa.; she resides at 1731 Penn Street, Huntingdon, Pa. Wilson W. Shenefelt was raised on a farm; stayed on farm till the age of thirty-five years. He has held clerical position; with O.M. Brumbaugh for four and one-half years; Rupert and Pearce for six years, and with Paul V. Heffner for seven years. In 1926 he established himself in the meat and provision business at Huntingdon, Pa., and has met with success. His early schooling was obtained at Ardenheim, and at the Hawn school in Juniata township. He is a member of the Reformed church, at what is known as the White Church, in Penn township. He has served on the election board in Juniata township, as Judge of Election. A Republican in politics. He has two brothers: Miles D., married to Grace White, Huntingdon, Pa.; C.L., at home; one sister, Clara B., married to Arch Brenneman, Smithfield township, Huntingdon County, Pa. Wilson W. Shenefelt was married to Cornelia E. White, of Penn township she is deceased, having died February 16, 1929. One son of this union, Oscar W., associated with his father in business, the firm name being Shenefelt and Son. Mr. Shenefelt finds his pleasure in fox hunting.
