TRAIL Porter Township, Huntingdon Co., Pa. Service Station: Glenn C. Trail was born at Langdondale, Bedford Co., Pa., February 9, 1901. Attended the schools of Mount Pleasant, Bedford County, Pa. A son of Nathan B. Trail, a farmer, retired, and of Anne (Miller) Trail, who died in 1921, aged fifty-two years. Glenn C. Trail operates what is known as Frank Spriggles service station, established six years ago. Mr. Trail has rendered good service to the public, carrying a line of confections, ice cream, soft drinks, etc.; also retails gas, oil, and all that goes to make up a business of this character. In the past has been an auto mechanic, at Pittsburgh, Pa., and Cumberland, Md.; was also a ruler for the Huntingdon Bank Book Company. He represents the Goodyear Company, Chicago, Ill. A republican in politics. Has eight brothers: John D., with the Ford Motor Company, Detroit, Michigan; Carl, Pittsburgh, Pa.; Percy, Newark, New Jersey; Charles, Johnson City, New York; Homer, Cumberland Md., a Ford salesman; Cloyd, with Hoffman Coal and Lumber Company, Lewistown, Pa.; Melvin, Lewistown, Pa.; two brothers deceased, Harry and Frank, who died in infancy. Three sisters: Stella, Shippensburg, Pa.; Florence, Shippensburg, Pa.; Cinderella, Williamsport, Md. Glenn C. Trail was married to Marie Biddle, daughter of Francis R. and Mary Jane Biddle, of Bedford County, Pa. They have three sons: Robert C., six years; James H., four years, and Richard G., two years. Mr. Trail has met with much success and aims to please the public.
