Report of GEORGE HUDSON, HUGH GLEN, ANDREW MICHAEL, JOHN APPLEBY, WILLIAM SWAN, who with __ONIAH ROSE were appointed at December sessions, to view (and if they or any four of them should think it necessary) lay out a road, the nearest and best way from Shade Gap to ANDREW MICHAEL's, from thence the nearst and best way to GEORGE GOOS? house, and from thence the nearest and best way to the County Line at THOMAS MORROW's mill, was read to wit. That they have laid out the said road, as described in the said order "The Courses and Distances we have hereunto anexed, Beginning on the Great Road, at the Shades thence, East forty perches, thence north fifty seven degrees East Twenty two perches, thence North thirty four degrees East forty eight perches, thence North fifty one Degrees East one hundred and twenty four, thence North Twenty six degrees East Six Hundred and Eight perches thence North twenty two degrees East, Eight hundred and ninety six perches thence South Eighty four East three hundred and sixty & thence South sixty four East four hundred and Eighty perches thence north sixty five East sixty four perches thence north forty East, Three hundred and twenty perches to the County Line at THOMAS MORROW's Mill, whole distance. And we do feel (?) this report (PAGE 9) that the same is run the nighest and best way and as little injurious to private property consistant with public utility, and that the same be for public use all which is submitted to the Court by us.
